Hi there! I'm glad you found me, I'm Melissa Haws. Here in my little corner of the internet is where I share my photos, thoughts, and inspirations.
Artist:
I love to create in so many forms: sewing, painting, baking, knitting, crafting, photography, jewelry, decorating...the list does go on.
Mom:
My toddler, Zoe, keeps me on my toes with her Houdini-esque escape artist tactics, and her ability to destroy an hours worth of tidying in 5 seconds. But she also gives the best hugs and cuddles, eats all her veggies (usually), and tries so hard to help out her mommy when she thinks she can.
Teacher:
Teaching someone a new concept or skill and seeing them grasp on to it....having the light turn on so to speak, is one of the most gradifying experiences. I graduated in FACS Education at BYU and loved teaching high school students about money, adult responsibilities, cooking, and interior design. Teaching boy scouts and preschoolers has been another part of my life as teacher.
